Cancellation and refunds
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet by 31st March, 2012.
Cancellations before 31st March, 2012 will be subject to a cancellation fee of DKK 500 ( app. EUR 70).
Cancellations after 31st March, 2012 will not be refunded.
Refund claims must include name of bank, bank address, IBAN, S.W.I.F.T./ BIC code, account number and name of the account owner for money transfers. All refunds will only be processed after the conference.

Annullering skal ske skriftligt og sendes til Kongreskompagniet før 31. marts 2012.
Der er et annulleringsgebyr på DKK 500.
Ved annullering efter den 31. marts 2012 er der ikke mulighed for refusion.

Hotel accommodation
ALL ROOMS ARE FULLY BOOKED
 
 
All hotels are placed in the city centre - except of Helnan Marselis Hotel and Scandic Aarhus Vest, which are placed 4-7 km from the city centre.
 
Payment directly to hotel upon departure. All prices are per room per night incl. VAT and breakfast.
In case of NO SHOW the invoice will be forwarded to you and must be paid by your company.
