Who are we?

KongresKompagniet developed from the congress bureau of the Århus Convention Centre, which has been used continuously for more than 25 years by Århus University, the University hospitals in Århus, Danish government departments, trade and municipal organisations and a large number of national and international commercial enterprises and associations.

Heidi comes from a post as congress co-ordinator at the Århus Convention Centre. Previously she was employed as manager of the music venue TRAIN in Århus. Before that she was employed for many years at the Nybolig chain’s head office in the executive secretariat and marketing department.

Lone is a qualified bilingual secretary and began her career in tourism, working for the Samsø tourist office. After that she was employed at the tourist office in Århus. This led to her involvement with Århus Convention Centre’s conference bureau for a period of 13 years where she saw to it that the huge number of congresses and conferences were a success.
